- Excellent spoken and written English with clear, professional verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.
- Friendly, patient, and professional with exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
- Ability to learn new technology and work across multiple systems.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise good judgment.
- Personal desktop or laptop computer.
- Reliable high-speed internet.
- Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for taking customer calls.
- Quality headset with microphone.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and support tickets.
- Assist parents, students, and tutors with routine questions and requests.
- Process account requests including tutoring restarts, package upgrades, and scheduling.
- Capture revenue opportunities by helping families restart or continue tutoring services.
- Document conversations clearly and accurately in company systems.
- Escalate complex issues to the weekday team with detailed notes.
