  • Comfortable answering inbound calls and making outbound calls.

  • Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
  • Ability to learn new technology and work across multiple systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and exercise good judgment.
  • Personal desktop or laptop computer.
  • Reliable high-speed internet.
  • Quiet, distraction-free workspace suitable for taking customer calls.
  • Quality headset with microphone.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound phone calls, emails, text messages, and support tickets.
  • Assist parents, students, and tutors with routine questions and requests.
  • Process account requests including tutoring restarts, package upgrades, and scheduling.
  • Capture revenue opportunities by helping families restart or continue tutoring services.
  • Document conversations clearly and accurately in company systems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the weekday team with detailed notes.
