Requirements
- University degree in IT or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in IT.
- Experience with programming languages (e.g. Python, R).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. tableau, Power BI) or software frameworks to process Big Data (e.g. Spark, Databricks, Splunk, Hadoop).
- Experience with AI platforms, tool kits and techniques (e.g. TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, CNTK, Scikit, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)).
- Experience with gathering requirements from Business Units.
- Experience in implementing connections to new data sources, data cleaning, testing.
- Experience in creation of new AI prompts to improve classification accuracy.
- Experience in documentation of changes.
- Excellent command of the English language.
Responsibilities
- Evolutive maintenance of Power BI dashboards.
- Gather requirements from Business Units, implement improvements, new data loads and refreshes for all datasets included.
- Maintain and upgrade the Data Gateway connections.
- Evolutive maintenance of the data pipeline classification in Python.
- Train and deploy machine learning models in a production environment, monitor performance and make improvements as needed.
- Apply machine learning to improve the quality of data or products and deploy data tools in data analysis.
- Define, implement and monitor security plans, vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, risk management, security audits, security operations and incident response.
- Provide guidance and support to users, follow up on incidents and user requests, write user manuals and IS on-line help for Information Systems, prepare and provide training on Information systems.
