Requirements
- Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree.
- 10+ years of related experience as a capture manager.
- Demonstrated experience leading large and complex DoW capture opportunities at Tier 1 Federal Systems Integrators.
- Demonstrated experience capturing $500M+ single award competitive take-away deals.
- Experience with Information Technology scope, fixed price managed services, or as-a-Service delivery models.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Ability to obtain Top Secret security clearance.
- Willingness to provide a 'deal sheet' of opportunities led and supported.
- Ability to think strategically and lead cross-functional teams as a servant leader.
- 10-25% travel required.
- 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Capture, Growth and P&L leadership to develop and execute capture strategies for contract wins exceeding $500M.
- Lead effective execution of qualified capture pursuits using GDIT business development processes.
- Track capture performance against budgets and schedules and report status to leadership.
- Define win strategies including customer engagement, solutions development, competitive assessments, and teaming strategies.
- Establish competitive pricing structures and solutions to ensure profitable returns and Price-to-Win objectives.
- Develop marketing strategies and contribute to account plans in alignment with company strategic goals.
- Shape opportunities throughout the lifecycle to increase win probability.
