Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support and product guidance to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues related to iRobot consumer electronics products.
  • Guide customers through product setup, app connectivity, Wi-Fi configuration, and firmware updates for iRobot devices.
