- Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (spoken and written).
- Valid EU passport.
- Ability to quickly acquire in-depth product knowledge of iRobot devices.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Patient and empathetic communication style.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable internet connection.
- Good working knowledge of standard CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
- Willingness to reside and work within Bulgaria.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and product guidance to Dutch-speaking customers regarding iRobot devices via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for consumer electronics products.
- Accurately log all customer interactions and technical cases within the CRM system.
- Guide customers through product setup, app connectivity, Wi-Fi configuration, and firmware updates.
- Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues while maintaining professional customer communication.
- Stay informed on the latest iRobot product releases and software updates.
- Identify recurring customer pain points and provide feedback to internal product teams.
