Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality technical support and product guidance to Dutch-speaking customers regarding iRobot devices via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for consumer electronics products.
  • Accurately log all customer interactions and technical cases within the CRM system.
  • Guide customers through product setup, app connectivity, Wi-Fi configuration, and firmware updates.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues while maintaining professional customer communication.
  • Stay informed on the latest iRobot product releases and software updates.
  • Identify recurring customer pain points and provide feedback to internal product teams.
