Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
- 3+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
- Proven track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and apply technical and scientific product-related information.
- Ability to travel to meetings, trainings, and programs as required.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Strong account management and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate as a team player with internal and external partners.
- Adherence to compliance guidelines governing the promotion of pharmaceutical products.
Responsibilities
- Engage Allergy, Immunology, and Pulmonology customers within the assigned geographical territory.
- Deliver clinically focused messages to launch and grow brand-share and revenue.
- Collaborate with field-based stakeholders, including Regeneron counterparts, MSLs, and Market Access teams.
- Identify key opportunities and develop strategic business plans to generate product utilization.
- Plan, organize, and execute local promotional speaker programs and activities.
- Manage and maximize the budget allocated to the geographic territory.
- Own business opportunities, including calling upon large group practices and key targets.
