- Experience operating in high-travel, high-stakes, or crisis-prone environments.
- Ability to lead across cultures while maintaining rigor.
- Strong performance management skills for leadership-level staff.
- Capacity to work effectively alongside multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full Education Excellence team including curriculum specialists, program design, WASC accreditation, and student support.
- Set the strategic direction for education quality across all sites, anchoring the curriculum in project-based learning.
- Build infrastructure for Education Center Directors (ECDs) including defined decision rights, structured support, and feedback loops.
- Design and deliver professional development on instructional coaching, operational discipline, and data analysis.
- Ensure consistent delivery of the Boundless educational philosophy across all sites, maintaining a minimum standard for PBL quality.
- Oversee adherence to all policies, procedures, and WASC accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with Admissions, Sales, and Operations to align site-level planning with global goals.
