Requirements
- 3+ active Property & Casualty or Personal Lines state licenses.
- 2+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance Sales.
- Prior experience working in a contact center environment with multiple carriers.
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding quotas in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Tech-savvy and highly motivated with an ability to adapt quickly.
- Ability to work a 4x10 shift, including one weekend day per week.
Responsibilities
- Sell a broad range of personal lines insurance products including Auto, Homeowners, Renters, and Flood.
- Own the full sales cycle across phone, text, and email channels.
- Utilize a network of over 80 insurance carriers to identify best-fit policies for customers.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows and maximize sales impact.
- Close 60+ policies per month using warm, inbound leads.
