Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- Secondary language proficiency in Spanish.
- English language proficiency.
- Strong phone, verbal communication, and active listening skills.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week), including Saturdays.

Responsibilities
- Field and resolve a large volume of inquiries via phone and other channels in Spanish or English.
- Follow communication scripts to assist patients with scheduling, insurance verification, and pre-registration.
- Screen patients for financial support using real-time eligibility (RTE) systems.
- Relay patient communications to providers and provide pre-visit instructions.
- Inform patients of STI results (excluding HIV) per strict protocols.
- Document activities accurately using phone and EHR systems.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve quality and performance standards.
