Requirements

- Proficiency in utilizing ATS tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Screen resumes, applications, and licensure to assess initial fit.
- Schedule interviews on behalf of Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers.
- Source qualified candidates through channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future opportunities.
- Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly recruiting KPIs.
- Maintain high integrity to ensure a fair and inclusive hiring process.
