Requirements

  • Proficiency in utilizing ATS tools.

Responsibilities

  • Screen resumes, applications, and licensure to assess initial fit.
  • Schedule interviews on behalf of Talent Acquisition team members and hiring managers.
  • Source qualified candidates through channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified healthcare professionals for current and future opportunities.
  • Utilize the Applicant Tracking System (Zoho) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
  • Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly recruiting KPIs.
  • Maintain high integrity to ensure a fair and inclusive hiring process.
