Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree with CS, website development, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years development experience.
- Proficient in Shopify, HTML5, JavaScript, HTML, CSS3, CSS, and Liquid.
- Experience with using Git.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and problem solve front-end issues daily.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Software Engineers to deliver high-quality user-facing products.
- Experience with CMS (Wordpress preferred).
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams or large-scale software development life-cycle including agile methodologies.
- Strong UI/UX skills and core design skills including visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and color.
Responsibilities
- Build e-commerce website and in-house CMS.
- Create and update technical documentation for all projects.
- Measure recently released product features to establish benchmarks and identify areas of improvement.
- Attend status, kick-off, creative review, and brainstorming meetings.
- Stay current on web design trends and seek creative inspiration.
- Participate in new client pitches and ongoing maintenance of desktop, web, and mobile-web applications.
