- Proficiency in Encompass is preferred.
- Cannabis industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process inbound order requests from email, task systems, and phone calls.
- Maintain pricing information and execute promotions within internal systems.
- Manage accurate product and customer information within the Encompass system.
- Conduct audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and adherence to best practices.
- Provide technical support for Encompass to internal users, external partners, and suppliers.
- Support the sales team by processing orders and managing time-sensitive tasks.
- Act as a central communication hub for inquiries regarding orders, pricing, and invoicing.
