Requirements
- Five years of experience in ServiceNow (minimum)
- Business process experience on multiple suites and process areas outside of that suite within the ServiceNow platform
- Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites in addition to ITSM & HRSD
- Ability to discuss business requirements on integrations between ServiceNow and third party tools
- Strong presentation skills
- Strong project and situational awareness
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills
- Self-starter
- Certified System Administrator preferred
- Prior development and/or architecture experience strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications
- Assist with client demos, working sessions, and workshops
- Maintain documentation and Knowledge articles
- Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies
- Serve as the single point of contact for all sprint work for other BA/BPCs on the team
- Help to direct more junior members of the team
- Assist with managing SDLC related ceremonies
