Requirements
- Comfortable building and editing pages in Webflow or similar CMS platforms
- Ability to interpret design files and work directly within Figma
- Experience with or strong interest in the Astro framework for static/hybrid site development
- Proficiency with React or general JavaScript
- Comfortable using AI tools like Claude to accelerate work and evaluate output
- Ability to navigate GA4, build reports, and interpret traffic and conversion data
- Familiarity with A/B testing methods and tools
- Strong attention to detail and a QA mindset
- Good communication skills to collaborate with non-technical team members
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain marketing web pages in Webflow, working from Figma designs
- Implement and iterate on landing pages, campaign pages, and site-wide components
- Use AI tools (Claude, Figma AI, Webflow AI) to generate early-stage web content, layouts, and copy
- QA all AI-generated content for accuracy, brand consistency, and correct rendering on the live site
- Optimize pages for Core Web Vitals and overall site performance
- Implement on-page SEO best practices and support AI search optimization
- Run and analyze A/B tests to improve conversion rates
- Support integrations between Webflow and third-party marketing tools (CRM, analytics, automation)
