- Send outreach messages and follow-ups to potential candidates.
- Review applications, intro videos, portfolios, and basic candidate information.
- Screen candidates against role requirements and shortlist suitable talent.
- Conduct first interviews using prepared templates and summarize candidate fit.
- Schedule interviews between candidates and internal team members.
- Maintain the hiring pipeline in the ATS and communicate candidate status to hiring managers.
