Requirements
- Proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React.
- Experience with TypeScript on both frontend and backend.
- Experience working with PostgreSQL.
- Strong empathy for developer experience (DevEx).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants for planning and prototyping.
- Strong design and UX intuition.
- Experience building developer-first or B2D products (nice to have).
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies (nice to have).
- Background in real-time, messaging, or infrastructure-adjacent products (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Drive features from concept to production, including dashboards, billing UIs, and documentation platforms.
- Propose and build features rather than waiting for roadmaps.
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of features, from initial code to production monitoring and quality assurance.
- Identify and solve developer experience frustrations within the product.
- Communicate proactively regarding project timelines and estimates.
