Requirements
- Senior-level proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in React and TypeScript for frontend development.
- Experience working with Node/TypeScript services.
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases.
- Natural empathy for developer experience (DevEx).
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous environments and take ownership of tasks.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to provide realistic estimates.
- Proficiency with AI coding assistants for development workflows.
- Solid intuition for Design and UX principles.
- Fluent in English (C1 level).
- Experience with developer-first or B2D products (nice to have).
- Experience with product-led growth (PLG) models (nice to have).
Responsibilities
- Drive feature development from concept to shipped production code.
- Build and maintain dashboards, billing UIs, and documentation platforms.
- Identify problems, propose technical solutions, and execute with minimal supervision.
- Manage the full feature lifecycle including post-release quality monitoring.
- Collaborate directly with product stakeholders to shape the roadmap.
- Utilize AI coding assistants for planning, prototyping, and iterative development.
