Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation roles
- Experience in UK/US markets or accounting, bookkeeping, taxation, KPO, or financial services is highly preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in engaging international clients
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, and email marketing campaigns
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management
- Basic understanding of accounting or financial concepts is an added advantage
- Strong research and analytical skills for identifying prospects and decision-makers
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Strong organizational and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, networking, and other digital channels
- Engage with accounting firms and financial professionals across UK and US markets to identify business opportunities
- Schedule discovery meetings and sales calls for senior sales and business development teams
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication
- Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and outreach materials aligned with client needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records of leads, interactions, and pipeline activities
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and improve conversion effectiveness
- Research target accounts, industry trends, and decision-makers to support outreach strategy
- Understand client requirements and position relevant service offerings effectively
- Meet and exceed lead generation and business development targets in a performance-driven environment
