- Deep hands-on expertise in paid search, paid social, and multi-channel campaign management.
- Proven ability to manage complex client accounts or multiple portfolios.
- Advanced proficiency with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and identify trends.
- Experience presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
- Solid understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, budget pacing, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent communication and client leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy, execution oversight, and performance outcomes across a portfolio of client accounts.
- Develop and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Translate client business goals into structured paid media strategies, including budget pacing and KPI frameworks.
- Monitor account health daily to identify growth opportunities and resolve risks.
- Lead client-facing discussions to present performance insights and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal analytics, creative, and SEO teams for integrated marketing strategies.
- Mentor peers and refine best practices to improve paid media operations.
