  • Experience presenting performance insights and strategic recommendations to clients.
  • Solid understanding of attribution, conversion tracking, budget pacing, and audience segmentation.
  • Excellent communication and client leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end paid media strategy, execution oversight, and performance outcomes across a portfolio of client accounts.
  • Develop and optimize campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads.
  • Translate client business goals into structured paid media strategies, including budget pacing and KPI frameworks.
  • Monitor account health daily to identify growth opportunities and resolve risks.
  • Lead client-facing discussions to present performance insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal analytics, creative, and SEO teams for integrated marketing strategies.
  • Mentor peers and refine best practices to improve paid media operations.
