Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on paid media experience.
- At least 2 years of experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency or freelance capacity.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills including GA4, spreadsheets, attribution logic, and incrementality thinking.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Ability to present directly to clients.
- Capability to audit accounts and identify wasted spend efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Own client paid media accounts from onboarding through ongoing management including media plans, budgets, campaign structure, audience strategy, and creative briefs.
- Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads, extending into Microsoft Ads and TikTok.
- Run structured testing programs for ad copy, creative, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking via GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and offline conversion imports.
- Build clear, insight-driven client reports and present results, learnings, and recommendations directly to clients.
- Manage budgets to ensure CPA/ROAS targets are met.
- Monitor platform changes such as Privacy Sandbox and AI-driven bidding to provide proactive client advice.
