- Ability to add engaging captions, kinetic text, emojis, and on-screen hooks.
- Proficiency with pattern interrupts, zoom-ins, jump cuts, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Skill in making talking-head videos feel dynamic and polished.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and audience retention techniques.
- Experience editing UGC ads, founder-led content, and testimonials.
- Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut.
- Ability to work efficiently and detail-oriented to meet high-volume production needs.
Responsibilities
- Edit 100 Reels and UGC-style videos per month (under one minute each).
- Apply modern short-form pacing, strong hooks, and clean storytelling.
- Add engaging captions, kinetic text, emojis, callouts, highlights, and bold on-screen hooks.
- Incorporate pattern interrupts like zoom-ins, jump cuts, sound effects, and motion graphics.
- Select music, sound effects, and transitions to ensure high viewer retention.
- Produce dynamic talking-head videos, testimonials, and educational content.
