Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience editing photos and short-form videos in lifestyle, agency, fashion, or hospitality sectors.
- Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or DaVinci Resolve.
- Hands-on familiarity with generative design modules like Photoshop Generative Fill, Topaz Labs, or AI rotoscoping.
- Experience using AI video tools such as Heygen, VEO, or equivalent smart-plugins.
- Portfolio demonstrating versatility across diverse sectors including tech, fashion, and healthcare.
- Exceptional ear for sound design, pacing, and beat-matching for viewer retention.
- Flawless English communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Retouch raw photo assets to align with specific client branding, including editorial skin retouching and product lighting.
- Transform raw footage into rhythm-driven short-form video content like TikToks, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Produce cinematic event recaps, launch after-movies, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Integrate AI creative tools for tasks such as upscaling, generative composition, object removal, and AI frame-matching.
- Collaborate with a remote, global team using fluent English.
