Requirements
- Proven hands-on product management experience (writing specs, testing features, documentation).
- Experience managing or mentoring team members.
- Experience working with data-intensive products and technical architecture.
- Strong understanding of agile sprint planning, backlog ownership, and capacity management.
- Ability to balance competing priorities across multiple product lines.
- Clear communication skills for translating technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, or product development.
- Familiarity with BigQuery and Looker is highly preferred.
- Experience shipping AI agent products or agentic workflows is a plus.
- Experience defining production-ready standards or playbooks is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle for BigQuery Connectors, Looker dashboards, and AI Agents.
- Define product specifications and acceptance criteria in partnership with leaders and SMEs.
- Oversee sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and capacity planning for data engineering.
- Monitor product health, usage metrics, and address production incidents.
- Productize R&D innovations in partnership with the Director of Engineering & Product.
- Manage Product Managers, conduct performance reviews, and drive career development.
- Maintain data governance, access permissions, and platform administration.
