Requirements

- Senior-level design professional with strong product-building orientation.
Responsibilities
- Own problems end-to-end, from discovery through to shipped product.
- Design flows, systems, and interfaces that are simple, scalable, and high-quality.
- Build deep understanding of users via research, interviews, observation, and data.
- Turn insights into action to inform product direction and validation.
- Create fast feedback loops using prototypes and live experiments.
- Prototype and validate ideas using modern, AI-assisted tools.
- Collaborate deeply with engineers and PMs, contributing directly to implementation.
- Synthesize and share learning to build shared understanding across the team.
- Mentor other designers and contribute to raising the bar across the team.
