Requirements
- Seasoned experience as a solution architect in large, complex organizations.
- Ability to design real, end-to-end solutions rather than just setting principles.
- Experience with integration patterns, data flows, APIs, and security.
- Breadth across application, data, and integration architecture.
- Experience working across cloud and on-prem environments.
- Ability to navigate organizational politics and facilitate fact-based decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to translate between business views and engineering reality.
- Strong preference for experience in financial services or other regulated industries.
- Experience with healthcare industry (payer side) is a plus.
- Experience conducting security risk assessments for complex enterprise solutions is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI security implications in large enterprises is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end solutions including integration patterns, data flows, APIs, and security.
- Establish and implement enterprise standards and strategies across projects.
- Rapidly acquire knowledge of new business capabilities and processes to design fitting solutions.
- Evaluate vendors and platforms across application, data, and integration architecture.
- Translate complex technical designs for executive and engineering stakeholders.
- Lead complex security architecture initiatives and provide expertise on security in AI-emergent environments.
