Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in solution architecture within insurance or financial services domains.
- Strong hands-on experience with the InsureMO platform and its ecosystem.
- Deep understanding of Managing General Agent (MGA) operations, delegated underwriting, and insurance distribution models.
- Strong expertise in designing API-based, microservices, and middleware integration architectures.
- Experience with core insurance systems such as policy administration, claims, billing, and distribution platforms.
- Proven ability to integrate AI/ML capabilities into enterprise insurance workflows.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architecture, event-driven systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience working in Agile environments and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end enterprise architectures using InsureMO APIs, microservices, and integration frameworks.
- Lead implementation, customization, and optimization of InsureMO-based solutions across policy, claims, billing, and distribution systems.
- Ensure seamless integration between core insurance systems and external platforms through API-first and middleware approaches.
- Define architectural standards for scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
- Collaborate with enterprise architects, product teams, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities to enhance operational efficiency through AI-driven automation and digital transformation initiatives.
