Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field.
- Mandatory experience with experience platforms, specifically Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
- Experience with CRM system design, validation, training, and change management.
- Preferred: Salesforce administrator experience.
- Experience with IT ticketing systems for stakeholder management.
- Experience designing and supporting digital portals (customer, partner, or employee-facing).
- Familiarity with analytics.
- Ability to translate technical information for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Project management capabilities (Atlassian JIRA & Confluence experience a plus).
- Experience with integration of ecommerce, portal, and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Design, validate, and manage CRM systems, including change management and training.
- Support and maintain digital portals for customer, partner, or employee use.
- Manage system issues and requests using an IT ticketing system.
- Integrate ecommerce, portal, and CRM systems effectively.
- Translate complex technical information for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement of systems within a regulated environment.
