Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in business development, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the Forex/CFD or online trading industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Indian financial trading market and regional business ecosystem.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling commercial teams and driving market expansion strategies.
  • Existing network of IBs, affiliates, and trading partners in India is highly advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of partnership models such as CPA, RevShare, and hybrid structures.
  • Experience with CRM systems, lead conversion funnels, and performance-driven acquisition strategies.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, revenue targets, and P&L responsibility.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in Hindi and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the launch and expansion of a new Forex and CFD brand in the Indian market, owning overall business strategy and execution.
  • Define and implement market entry strategies, ensuring strong local positioning and sustainable long-term growth.
  • Build, lead, and scale high-performing teams across business development, marketing, customer support, and partnerships.
  • Develop and manage relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, influencers, and strategic partners to drive acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Design commission structures and incentive programs to optimize partner performance and engagement.
  • Oversee localized marketing and sales initiatives aimed at increasing active traders, deposits, and trading volumes.
  • Monitor P&L, trading activity, and overall business performance to ensure profitability and sustainable expansion.
  • Adapt products, trading conditions, and payment solutions to align with local market needs and regulatory expectations.
  • Establish KPIs across functions and ensure accountability for execution and results.
  • Collaborate with external providers in areas such as payments, compliance, dealing, and product operations.
  • Ensure full adherence to AML, KYC, and internal compliance standards across all business activities.
