Requirements
- 3+ years of mobile development experience in Android (Kotlin), iOS (Swift), or both.
- Experience shipping production mobile applications used by real users.
- Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability, and product-driven development.
- Experience working with REST APIs and handling production debugging and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with analytics tools, crash logs, and performance monitoring.
- Ability to work independently in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to deliver with limited supervision.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail with focus on performance, reliability, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and ship mobile features across Android and/or iOS for a large-scale financial super app.
- Design and implement simple, intuitive user flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and related services.
- Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to translate complex requirements into seamless mobile experiences.
- Integrate APIs and handle edge cases, including errors, loading states, and production issues.
- Improve app performance, stability, crash rates, and overall user experience.
- Support rapid product launches, experiments, and continuous iterations across mobile journeys.
- Maintain high standards of mobile engineering quality, including clean architecture and reliable code practices.
- Monitor production feedback, analytics, and user behavior to drive product improvements.
