Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in full stack software development.
- Strong knowledge of frontend and backend development including modern frameworks.
- Experience with APIs, databases, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of shipping production-grade applications with real user traffic.
- Ability to design and implement scalable, performant, and maintainable systems.
- Strong debugging skills across the full stack.
- Good product sense and UX awareness with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with incomplete specifications and iterate quickly.
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, or high-scale consumer platforms is a strong advantage.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of end-to-end feature development, building both customer-facing products and internal systems.
- Develop and maintain web applications, backend APIs, dashboards, admin tools, and data-driven workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into scalable, reliable, and efficient technical solutions.
- Integrate third-party APIs, manage data flows, and ensure system stability and performance.
- Continuously improve existing features using analytics, user feedback, and production issue analysis.
- Contribute to building internal tools and automation to reduce operational effort.
