- 3+ years of iOS development experience using Swift.
- Strong experience shipping production-grade mobile applications.
- Solid knowledge of SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architecture patterns.
- Strong understanding of mobile UX, usability principles, and edge case handling.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and debugging production issues.
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and performant code.
- Strong sense of ownership and focus on product quality and user experience.
- Experience with performance optimization and mobile reliability improvements.
- Familiarity with published apps, GitHub repositories, or shipped mobile work is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in fast-paced, remote environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop and ship high-quality iOS features using Swift for a large-scale financial super app.
- Build intuitive and user-friendly mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and related financial services.
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Designers to simplify complex user journeys into seamless mobile experiences.
- Integrate backend APIs and ensure secure, stable, and reliable mobile application performance.
- Continuously improve app performance, including responsiveness, crash rate, memory usage, loading speed, and battery efficiency.
- Monitor production issues, user behavior, and analytics to drive product improvements.
- Contribute to mobile architecture decisions and ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability.
- Explore and implement AI-assisted mobile features where they enhance real user value.
