Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
- Extensive professional experience in full-stack JavaScript development.
- Strong expertise with modern JavaScript, TypeScript, Node.js, and contemporary frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Solid understanding of software architecture, RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud-based applications, and distributed systems.
- Experience working with databases, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development tools.
- Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, testing methodologies, and secure coding practices.
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor engineering teams, and make sound architectural decisions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in agile, collaborative, and fast-paced development environments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack JavaScript applications using modern frameworks and technologies.
- Lead technical solution design and contribute to architecture decisions that support performance, scalability, security, and maintainability.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, architects, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Review code, establish engineering best practices, and promote high standards for software quality, testing, and documentation.
- Mentor and support developers by providing technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and constructive feedback.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, troubleshoot complex technical issues, and drive innovation across the software development lifecycle.
- Contribute to agile ceremonies, technical planning, and successful delivery of projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
