Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and implementation.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITAM, HAM, SAM, ITSM, and integrations.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing complex ServiceNow integrations.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and ServiceNow platform architecture.
- Strong scripting skills including Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and system designs.
- Experience in integration testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Experience working in global, distributed delivery environments.
- ServiceNow SPM certification is mandatory.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a strong focus on HAM, SAM, ITAM, and ITSM modules.
- Architect and deliver ServiceNow integrations across multiple enterprise systems and global environments.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with ServiceNow best practices.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Jelly Scripting, and AngularJS.
- Lead technical implementation, integration testing, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable and high-performing solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to ensure successful delivery of end-to-end ServiceNow projects.
- Participate in design and code reviews, providing technical guidance and ensuring adherence to standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and optimize platform performance and usability.
