Requirements
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
- Proven track record of delivering software into production and supporting active users.
- Experience working in cloud-native environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Strong engineering skills in backend and/or full stack development.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage ambiguity.
- Experience building or working with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows (Bonus).
- Familiarity with infrastructure/DevOps tooling such as Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform (Bonus).
- Familiarity with model fine-tuning techniques (Bonus).
- Experience building observability tooling (Bonus).
Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-performance AI features to help users detect, triage, and resolve incidents using observability data and tools.
- Implement a highly iterative process to prototype, test, and validate AI workflows with real users.
- Ship and evolve LLM- or agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management and automated analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, runbooks, and developer workflows.
- Utilize AI and automation tools to enhance both product functionality and development workflows.
- Take full ownership of AI solutions, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user workflows.
