Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including experience leading technical teams.
- Real-world, production experience using agentic AI coding tools (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor).
- Prior consulting or customer service experience working directly with external clients.
- Strong expertise in at least one modern language (TypeScript/Node, Python, C#/.NET, or Java).
- Experience delivering on at least one major cloud platform (AWS or Azure).
- Deep grounding in software engineering fundamentals (architecture, testing, CI/CD, code review).
- Exceptional communication skills for explaining technical trade-offs to non-technical audiences.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including empathy, patience, and professionalism.
- Adaptability and curiosity to learn rapidly evolving tools.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of modern software solutions for clients.
- Utilize agentic AI tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor) as a primary development workflow.
- Design agent-friendly codebases with strong automated testing and documentation.
- Establish review and verification practices for AI-generated code.
- Build and maintain prompts, custom agents, and CI/CD integrations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, managing expectations and translating business goals into roadmaps.
- Mentor and coach engineers on AI-native development practices.
- Partner with sales and leadership on pre-sales activities, discovery, and estimation.
