- Ability to travel for in-office activities, client meetings, and site visits as needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage a key client account by serving as the main point of contact and collaborating with project managers to lead project execution plans.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client's business and industry to identify growth opportunities and cross-sell services.
- Create and implement client-specific communication plans to provide regular project status updates and reports.
- Execute growth plans for targeted clients to secure repeat business and expand service delivery.
- Manage client expectations and negotiate outcomes while serving as the primary point of resolution for concerns or conflicts.
