- 8 or more years of related Civil Engineering experience, including at least four years of experience supervising technical personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8 or more years of related Civil Engineering experience.
- Registered professional status.
- At least four years of experience supervising technical personnel.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, and regulatory approvals.
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
- Proven track record in meeting and exceeding client expectations through technical design work.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to travel for in-office activities, client and site visits as needed.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale project design as a technical lead for complex assignments from initial design to completion.
- Execute high-level analysis and review of project documents to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and regulations.
- Monitor engineering processes and resources to maximize productivity and efficiency.
- Develop and implement standards and guidelines for engineering activities to ensure high-quality results.
- Elevate team technical expertise through training and mentoring.
- Support project management by organizing technical resources and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Demonstrate creativity and decision-making for design tasks within the discipline.
