- 8 or more years of related Civil Engineering experience; at least four years of experience supervising technical personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 8 or more years of related Civil Engineering experience.
- Registered professional engineer (PE).
- At least 4 years of experience supervising technical personnel.
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, and erosion control.
- Familiarity with regulatory approval processes.
- Working knowledge of Civil 3D.
- Strong communication and collaborative teamwork skills.
- Ability to travel for in-office activities, client, and site visits.
Responsibilities
- Serve as lead engineer on complex site design projects.
- Execute QA/QC plans for the team and maintain quality control on plan sets.
- Mentor staff through technical design training and elevate team expertise.
- Lead the development of technical resources for team projects.
- Supervise and direct professionals and technical staff in design approaches.
- Review project contracts with administrative support.
- Promote efficiencies in production and quality of work.
