Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Proven experience in consulting and/or IT transformation projects, including digitalization initiatives and large-scale implementations.
- Strong knowledge of PMO practices (PMBOK; PMP or equivalent certification is a plus) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe).
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), with the ability to lead technical meetings in both languages.
- Experience with IT environments, including system migrations, vendor selection, infrastructure, and service management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to operate across technical and business discussions.
- Knowledge of Energy & Utilities operations and OT systems is a strong differentiator.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support transformation initiatives for clients in the Energy & Utilities sector, structuring business challenges and contributing to end-to-end problem-solving efforts within multidisciplinary teams.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology by gathering requirements, mapping solution needs, and supporting IT teams in delivering scalable and effective digital solutions.
- Conduct structured interviews, analyze technical documentation (engineering, operations, regulatory, and infrastructure), and translate findings into clear reports and client presentations.
- Support PMO activities using structured methodologies, tracking project progress, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders, contributing to workshops, meetings, and decision-making processes across business, technical, and operational domains.
- Identify improvement opportunities across systems, processes, and services, supporting continuous optimization and innovation initiatives for clients.
