Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in HR Business Partner or People Operations roles, including strong exposure to recruiting and talent acquisition.
  • Proven leadership experience, including direct people management responsibilities.
  • Global HR experience, with preference for exposure to distributed or remote-first organizations.
  • Strong track record of building trusted relationships with executives, managers, and employees as a strategic advisor.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into effective people strategies, programs, and organizational solutions.
  • Experience coaching employees and leaders across all levels, including handling complex performance and employee relations issues.
  • At least 3+ years of experience leading Talent Acquisition functions or recruitment teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret people data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Forward-thinking mindset with openness to leveraging AI tools and modern HR technologies to improve effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner to leaders and managers, providing coaching, performance management guidance, and employee relations support.
  • Partner with leadership to anticipate talent needs, design workforce strategies, and strengthen succession planning and organizational structure.
  • Lead the Talent Acquisition function, overseeing hiring strategy, recruitment operations, and continuous improvement of sourcing and selection processes.
  • Analyze people metrics and workforce trends to provide actionable insights that inform leadership decisions and improve organizational performance.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention across a global, remote-first workforce.
  • Support organizational change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication across teams.
  • Oversee and improve the overall employee experience by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to implement scalable people programs and processes.
  • Lead and develop members of the People & Talent team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous development.
