Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience, including strong exposure to recruiting and talent acquisition leadership.
- Proven experience managing global or distributed teams, ideally within a remote-first or international organization.
- Prior people management experience with demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop HR or talent professionals.
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and complex organizational problem-solving.
- Experience leading full-cycle Talent Acquisition functions and building scalable hiring strategies.
- Ability to translate business objectives into effective people strategies and operational execution plans.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted relationships.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret workforce metrics and turn insights into action.
- Experience working in fast-paced, evolving environments with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic HR business partner to leaders, providing coaching, performance management support, and guidance on employee relations, organizational health, and conflict resolution.
- Lead workforce planning, succession strategies, and talent management initiatives to ensure the organization has the right structure and leadership depth to achieve business goals.
- Own and evolve the full talent acquisition function, including recruiting strategy, hiring processes, performance tracking, and leadership of talent acquisition resources.
- Analyze people metrics and workforce data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend actionable strategies that improve engagement, retention, and productivity.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and continuously improve the overall employee experience across distributed, global teams.
- Support change management efforts by partnering with leadership on organizational transitions, restructuring, and culture-building initiatives.
- Act as a key contributor within the extended leadership team, influencing business decisions through people strategy expertise.
