Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in property management, lease administration, or lease coordination.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Experience working with vendors and negotiating lease-related matters is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Execute and manage leases for Global inventory.
- Review vendor leases to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability.
- Coordinate lease renewals, guest extensions, early departures, and move-outs.
- Maintain apartment inventory and lease records within internal systems.
- Manage Certificates of Insurance and communicate with insurance providers.
- Serve as the primary contact for landlords and property partners regarding lease, rent, and security deposit matters.
- Partner with Accounting to ensure timely rent payments and security deposit reconciliations.
- Maintain and update records in Salesforce and other internal systems.
