Requirements

  • 2–3+ years of sales experience, ideally in full-cycle closing roles.
  • C1+ or near-native spoken English proficiency for daily calls.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle client objections professionally.
  • Previous experience working in a remote environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a strong advantage.
  • Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
  • Ability and willingness to learn technical product specifications.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and follow up on qualified inbound leads provided by the Lead Qualification team.
  • Conduct B2B sales communication primarily via phone calls (80–90% of communication) and email.
  • Collaborate with the Estimating Department to prepare and present project proposals to clients.
  • Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within established company guidelines.
  • Develop deep technical knowledge of custom glass products to effectively explain value to clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, including pipeline management and communication history.
