Requirements
- 2–3+ years of sales experience, ideally in full-cycle closing roles.
- C1+ or near-native spoken English proficiency for daily calls.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle client objections professionally.
- Previous experience working in a remote environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with U.S.-based clients is a strong advantage.
- Experience using CRM systems; HubSpot experience is a plus.
- Ability and willingness to learn technical product specifications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on qualified inbound leads provided by the Lead Qualification team.
- Conduct B2B sales communication primarily via phone calls (80–90% of communication) and email.
- Collaborate with the Estimating Department to prepare and present project proposals to clients.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms within established company guidelines.
- Develop deep technical knowledge of custom glass products to effectively explain value to clients.
- Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, including pipeline management and communication history.
