Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3-5 years of project management and related experience.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
- Assertive nature with the ability to cultivate relationships and influence behavior.
- Ability to work occasional after-hours and weekends as required for project milestones or Go-Live events.
- Ability to travel for work up to 10% of the time.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain project charters and schedules for technical implementations.
- Negotiate project objectives, requirements, and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Lead project kickoff calls and establish communication plans.
- Manage technical project milestones, including database mergers, migrations, and EMR integrations.
- Collaborate with Development, Product, Support, and Operations teams to deliver solutions.
- Identify project risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges while driving mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary technical contact for Customer Experience (CX) on complex engagements.
- Monitor project progress and review deliverables to ensure quality standards and alignment.
