Requirements

- Familiarity with the Altra product line.
- Experience fitting and selling technical footwear.
- Strong time management, planning, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (including Outlook).
- Self-motivated, proactive, and driven to take initiative.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Support retail partners through store visits, product demos, and sales floor training to drive product knowledge and sales.
- Execute merchandising, promotional activations, and seasonal brand initiatives across the territory.
- Represent Altra at community events, races, expos, and consumer engagement activities.
- Build strong relationships with retail and community partners to increase brand awareness and advocacy.
- Partner with Sales Representatives and Field Service teams to deliver effective territory plans, training, and activations.
- Gather and share insights on consumer feedback, product performance, competitor activity, and market trends.
- Maintain accurate reporting, manage field resources responsibly, and ensure operational excellence.
- Achieve territory goals through consistent execution, strong organization, and proactive problem-solving.
