Requirements
- Minimum five (5) + years of progressive experience in managing program/system implementation or client/project management.
- Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
- Minimum of two (2) + years of experience in an education or nonprofit environment preferred.
- Ability to manage own work, prioritize tasks, and deliver quality products on time with limited supervision.
- Strong ownership and accountability practices.
- Experience managing project plans, timelines, milestones, and documentation.
- Ability to act as a liaison between diverse internal teams and external partners.
- Equity-minded approach to work.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary internal project manager for assigned partner success initiatives, managing project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, dependencies, documentation, and follow-up actions.
- Coordinate project-level communication with internal teams and partner contacts, ensuring timely follow-up, clear action items, accurate documentation, and alignment with established escalation protocols.
- Streamline operations and processes to support high-quality service delivery across the Foundation’s Equity and Community Impact program portfolio.
- Develop credibility as a trusted liaison with internal and external partners to drive value.
- Ensure optimization and collaboration of Foundation business units, including Finance, Operations, Workforce, and Call Center, to deliver service to clients.
