Requirements
- 2 to 5 years of experience in wholesale support, sales coordination, order management, or a similar operations role.
- Experience in consumer goods, fashion, or retail industries.
- Proficiency with B2B platforms such as NetSuite and NuOrder.
- Strong analytical skills with extreme attention to detail regarding price sheets and inventory updates.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional stakeholder interaction.
- Proven organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to identify issues proactively.
- Ability to work collaboratively across time zones with a globally distributed team.
- Solutions-focused attitude with a collaborative mindset.
Responsibilities
- Process orders and reorders while coordinating inventory reservations with the planning team.
- Manage retailer inquiries regarding order status, invoices, and product availability.
- Maintain accurate data updates for retailers and the internal wholesale team.
- Guide new retailers through onboarding paperwork and order processes.
- Monitor price sheets and stock inventory to identify and resolve inconsistencies before issues arise.
- Present order progress and inventory availability updates at weekly wholesale team meetings.
