Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI & UX Design or Graphic Design.
- For UI/UX: 3-5+ years of commercial experience with Figma and Prototyping.
- For Graphic Design: 5+ years of commercial experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Illustrator.
- Experience with Product Design and Adobe products.
- Strong design craft, including knowledge of design systems and component architecture.
- Advanced ability to communicate in English, particularly on client calls.
- High ownership and ability to work without micromanagement.
- Proven reliability in delivering commitments.
- Ability to quickly absorb project context and ramp up on new projects.
Responsibilities
- Build polished, production-ready work from scratch.
- Manage project context and align with existing style guides or brand directions.
- Communicate directly with clients to discuss creative briefs and defend design decisions.
- Manage own time and meet deadlines independently.
