Requirements
- Master’s degree or doctorate in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field.
- Current and unrestricted license to practice in the state of Arizona.
- 1 year or more of experience working with children or families with developmental differences.
- Knowledge of various empirically supported psychotherapy approaches (e.g., CBT, narrative therapy, post-structuralism).
- Commitment to exceptional client care and continuous improvement based on feedback.
- Openness to interdisciplinary collaboration and learning from colleagues.
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Ability to occasionally lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct client counseling services to families, couples, and children.
- Utilize therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs, including Narrative, Cognitive Behavioral, Play, and Solution Focused therapies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members and families to ensure wrap-around support.
- Participate in family care meetings with other providers.
- Comply with clinic policies, state/federal laws, and licensing board regulations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication in line with legal, ethical, and company standards.
- Adhere to organizational standards and policies.
