Requirements
- Personally owned a SOC 2 or ISO audit end-to-end with a zero-exception report.
- Working knowledge of AWS console and remediation (IAM, S3, KMS, audit trails).
- Ability to understand and critically follow Terraform code with AI assistance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive audits, questionnaires, and policy work independently.
- Excellent written English for customer-facing communication.
- Comfort with async collaboration across Europe and the U.S.
- Experience with attacker techniques and modern application security.
- Familiarity with secure code review including AI/LLM systems.
- Experience tuning threat detection systems (GuardDuty/SIEM).
- Ability to execute incident response plans.
Responsibilities
- Own SOC 2 compliance and maintain Drata status.
- Lead ISO 27001 and ISO 42001 implementations.
- Manage customer security questionnaires via SafeBase and Trust Center.
- Perform AWS remediation including IAM, S3, and secrets management.
- Oversee vulnerability management and scanner-findings automation.
- Conduct secure code reviews and threat modeling, focusing on AI/LLM systems.
- Develop threat detection, incident response, and tabletop exercises.
- Execute internal pen tests and manage external researchers and bug bounties.
- Shape model and data governance for AI agents and internal AI tools.
